Order Processing

At Beaded by Niccasso, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom & Personalized Orders: Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, processing may take 5–10 business days before shipment. Production times may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping & Delivery

Beaded by Niccasso currently ships within the United States only.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items require additional creation time. We appreciate your patience as we carefully design and craft your unique piece. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Beaded by Niccasso is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Beaded by Niccasso is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund consideration.
