Refund policy
At Beaded by Niccasso, each piece is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail and quality. Because many of our items are handmade and created in small batches, we ask that customers review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in their original condition
- Include original packaging
- Not show signs of damage caused by wear, misuse, or improper care
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please contact us at beadedbyniccasso@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Made-to-order pieces
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect order.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Damaged items
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
If you would like a different style, color, or size, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be in production or prepared for shipment and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Beaded by Niccasso is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
